




My mom always said:”You should do more exercise and make you strong.”However, I am a lazy girl before, I seldom do exercise. I only go swimming once a month. I did not knew if I did not practised my body, I would be unhealthy. When I came back from hospital one day, I told my mother:”Please supervise I exercise twice a week.” The doctor told to me:” You must doing exercise to keep you health.”
At the beginning, I felt very tired when I only exercised 15 minutes. It means I have a very bad physique. So, I knew I must do exercise frequently and positively. I chose running and swimming to practise my body. I go swimming once a week, at least 3 hours one time. Because I swimming very well before, so it’s easy to me to finished.
I usually went to the Nanjing University P.E. Centre, there is a swimming pool. At first, I used breast stroke near the side of pool. About 1 hours left, I used backstoke to had a rest. However, if I backstoke more time, I always falling in the water and drank few water.
Running is a easy and common way that people used to exercise. I can do it everywhere, so I was running around my apartment frequently. When I running, I need to use my legs, and wave my arms if I want. I will sweat fastly, and this way can practise the muscle in legs, the energy will be strong. Running will expend the water in body, so I must bring a bottle of water. Jogging is a popular way to keep fit that so many youngers uses. If keep fat properly, reduce axunge, I will be more nimble.
I like playing tennis, too. I used this Spiring Festival Holiday to played tennis with my aunt. She is good at this, so she can teach me more details and practise with me. Playing tennis, I should running, and waving my arm, it practises every part of my body. When I finished exercise, I felt tired but comfortable, and I sweated so much. Play badminton is like play tennis, but badminton ball is more heavy and play tennis, when I palyed badminton I only can stick to 1 hour.
I also doing Yoga sometimes with my mother. Rase my arms and rase one of legs is a act of Yoga. When I first learned it, I felt ache all of my body. Yoga is popular few years, doing this will relax the muscle and pneuma that teacher said.
Doing physical activities has so many way, however, the goal only has one—make our body healthy. So, I learned if we want to have a good future, we must have a healthy body, and if we need health, we need exercise.
